Public Opinion:
Even when having casual discussions with girls, Freddy (Kartik Aaryan) lacks confidence. He's seeking for a nice female on the marriage website MeriShaadi.com at his "poptlal" stage of life (of course!). In this story of an introvert lacking in self-assurance finding his soulmate in a cruel world, Freddy falls in love at first sight, which isn't generally a good sign for a person with his nature.
And you know, it's a "main tere liye jaan de bhi sakta & main tere liye jaan le bhi sakta" type of love when someone like Freddy falls in love. When this impoverished Parsi dikra begins to develop feelings for Kainaaz Irani (Alaya F), a married woman whose husband verbally and physically abuses her, the same thing occurs to him. Freddy goes through a lot of ups and downs as he strives to become the guy, he has spent his entire life avoiding in order to free Kainaaz from her husband.

Freddy Movie Review: Script Evaluation
The severe melancholy that Parveez Sheikh chooses to maintain throughout his plot and script doesn't always work in the narrative's favour. As gorgeously creepy as the first half's build-up is, the second half finds itself in some unrest that occasionally causes everything to go berserk.
Ayananka Bose's brave actions while operating the camera are what keep the movie's suspenseful atmosphere intact. Its storytelling style and a really good performance will hold you back, despite some inadvertent humor in the second half.

Freddy Movie Review: Ator's Performance
Kartik Aaryan has consistently drawn criticism for being boring in his performances, but if you look at things more broadly, he has been acting in movies like Akash Vaani, Dhamaka, and now Freddy to counteract this impression. A seasonal actor was needed to represent the strain of Freddy's emotional suffering, and Kartik has been evolving into one as a result.
Alaya F is a conundrum! Her character first arouses a great deal of intrigue, as masterfully emoted by Alaya, but slips in the second part due to the poor scripting. Despite her shortcomings, she manages to keep her composure and eccentricity till the very end. The inadvertent humour in the second half is entirely because to Sajjad Delafrooz, who you won't identify as the same actor from Tiger Zinda Hai until someone points it out.

Freddy Movie Review: How is Music and Scores
Shashanka Ghosh has directed everything from the comedy Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part 2 to the humorous Quick Gun Murugan to whatever Veere Di Wedding was. However, he has yet to complete the one movie that would help him establish himself as a director in this field. He does a fantastic job with the opening and the ending, but in act two of the movie, he loses a huge chance to produce a bloody thriller. However, kudos for a fantastic effort!
Two songs are included on Pritam's soundtrack, but the movie may have succeeded without them as well. Tum Jo Milo is a lovely song on its own and will undoubtedly be added to my playlist. To retain the film's melancholy mood, the background soundtrack mostly consists of a mashup of guitar, piano, and violin. fits naturally into the story.

Freddy Movie Review: The Last Word
Overall, if it weren't for Kartik Aaryan, who has mastered the art of striking a balance between class and broad appeal, I would have awarded these a basic three stars. Thanks to him, Bollywood is in good hands.
